Job summary

AgreeYa Solutions in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to join our growing team in a hybrid role. Job Title: Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer

Job Location: Sacramento, CA | Hybrid

Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Platform Engineerto join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 tenant administration: Experience administering Microsoft 365 tenant(s), including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MicrosoftTeams, OneDrive, and Power Platform for a government or private entity.
• Power Platform administration and customization: Power Apps expetrience that includes canvas and model driven apps, Power Automate, environment and DLP governance, Power Platform administration and customization in the cloud, including governance of environments, connectors, and policies.
• Azure and Entra ID (identity and access management): Experience with Azure and Entra ID (AzureActive Directory), including identity and access management, conditionalaccess, application registration, and related configurations in support of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Microsoft 365 security and compliance: Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities, such as Identity, access, security, compliance, data loss prevention (DLP), information protection/sensitivity labels, eDiscovery, audit and logging, and security/compliance center configuration (e.g.,Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview).
• Strong documentation, runbook and knowledge transfer skills, hands on SharePoint Online development and integration.
• Demonstrates experience designing and implementing governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (e.g., environments, DLP policies, application lifecycle management, Center of Excellence patterns).
• Demonstrate experience in tenant-level and solution architecture for Microsoft 365 and related Azure services.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Legacy SharePoint On-Premise and PowerShell skills remain relevant but should not be the sole focus.
• Experience with SharePoint On-Premise administration and PowerShell for automation in Microsoft 365 environments may be considered a plus and should be clearly identified in resumes where applicable.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, PL-600, AZ-500, SC-400
• Azure services: Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Storage requirement.
• California public sector, health, or other regulated experience
• Copilot readiness and governance exposure requirement.
