Job summary
Bank Iowa is seeking a Microsoft 365 Platform & Adoption Specialist to own governance and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot. You will drive adoption, coordinate changes, and translate technical capabilities into business value.
The role partners with technology, business, and governance groups to ensure secure, well-supported, and continuously improved Microsoft 365 services, strengthening service health and user experience
Qualifications
- Associate degree in technology or business-process-analysis.
- Approximately five years in an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Experience with governance, permissions, external sharing, and role-based access control.
- Experience in regulated environments and communicating risks and business impacts.
Responsibilities
- Own Microsoft 365 service areas including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Maintain service roadmaps, standards, ownership records, support models, and lifecycle plans.
- Monitor the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, notices, and product communications to assess impact and risk.
- Coordinate adoption strategies, readiness activities, rollout plans, and user training.
- Configure service settings and coordinate tenant-level changes with technical owners.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and support release, testing, and production-readiness activities.
- Lead lifecycle work for Power Platform and Copilot with internal or vendor resources.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and report meaningful outcomes to leadership.
