Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Analyst to support the bank's Microsoft 365 transformation during a six-month contract engagement. The role collaborates with IT and business units to implement governance, security, adoption, and governance frameworks across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot, Power Platform.

Qualifications

Education and ExperienceRequired: 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration or consulting experience.
Required: Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including development of governance and security frameworks.
Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert; Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate.
Preferred: SharePoint Administrator and financial institution experience; experience supporting Microsoft Copilot deployments, Microsoft Security and Compliance Center, and data retention and records management.

Responsibilities

Governance, security, and compliance governance for Microsoft 365 environments.
Deliver training and effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Support user adoption, governance reviews, and knowledge transfer during the contract.
