Peoples Bank invites a Microsoft 365 Analyst to support a six-month transformation, collaborating with IT and business units to maximize Microsoft 365 capabilities while enforcing governance, security, and compliance. The role emphasizes user adoption, governance reviews, and security configuration, with knowledge transfer to administrators.

You will help establish best practices across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot, Power Platform, and related services, focusing on

Qualifications

3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration or consulting experience.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including development of governance and security frameworks.
Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert; Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate.
Preferred: SharePoint Administrator and financial institution experience; experience supporting Microsoft Copilot deployments, Microsoft Security and Compliance Center, and data retention and records management.

Responsibilities

Governance, security, and compliance for Microsoft 365 environment.
Establish best practices for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot, and Power Platform.
Focus on problem remediation, security configuration reviews, governance, training, and standards for a secure, well-managed environment.
