Cox is seeking an Application Support Engineering Intern to work with Sr. engineers and SREs to ensure 170+ applications run reliably. You will help build AI Ops tools using VS Code, Github and related technologies, contributing to scalable, secure support solutions.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in deployment automation, CI/CD, and tooling that enhances service levels, while being mentored by experienced engineers and leaders within Cox.

The Application Support Engineering Intern is a hands-on operations position. As a member of our Application Support Engineering function, you will work closely with Sr. Application Support engineers and Site Reliability Engineers to ensure that our vast portfolio of over 170 distinct applications are continually functioning to expected service levels and reliability tools and automation are evolving to best support the needs of our stakeholders and customers. Your primary area of focus will be to contribute in building our AI Ops tools leveraging VS Code, Github and other tools as needed.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
