Job summary

Doist is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 administrator to govern and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. You will implement governance policies, manage licensing, and empower users through training and best practices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of M365 governance experience, familiarity with Purview and Entra ID, and strong scripting skills to automate tasks and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 with governance, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Purview, Entra ID, and Power Platform integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services.
• Governance & Compliance: Implement governance policies including DLP and retention.
• User Enablement: Educate end users on best practices and tools.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor health, usage, and compliance; generate reports.
• Integration & Automation: Use PowerShell and Graph API to automate tasks.
• Collaboration: Work with business units and IT to deliver solutions.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage provisioning, licenses, and group policies.
