Job summary

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and related SaaS platforms across the organization. The role supports physicians, staff, and practice locations with secure, available systems and advanced issue resolution.

The ideal candidate maintains endpoint management, governance, and automation, while collaborating with engineers, vendors, and MSPs to deliver reliable technology services for a nationwide

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and endpoint management.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, backup and hybrid connectivity.
• Strong governance, security, and identity-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, including permissions and governance.
• Manage Intune configuration, device enrollment, policies, and Autopilot processes.
• Administer Exchange Online including mailbox management and mail flow configuration.
• Maintain Windows servers, Azure VMs, VDI environments, backups, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and hybrid connectivity.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation support and root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and monitoring dashboards.
