Job summary

Intellect Solutions LLC in Vienna, VA is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to manage the internal IT environment, support employees, and secure accounts and devices. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT administration/employee tech support experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender.
• Experience with Windows devices, laptop deployment, troubleshooting, and network support.
• Experience with MFA, access controls, phishing response, and compromised accounts.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily priorities independently and provide onsite support in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and disable employee accounts in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, as applicable.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and equipment recovery.
• Configure, secure, ship, track, and recover laptops and other IT equipment.
• Maintain hardware inventory, software licenses, patches, and endpoint protection.
• Provide technical support for computers, email, applications, printers, and connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Manage MFA, Conditional Access, user permissions, and device compliance.
• Review security alerts and investigate suspicious sign-ins, phishing, and account compromises.
• Perform initial containment and coordinate complex investigations with security specialists.
• Support office networks, Wi-Fi, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, and incident-response procedures.
• Support security audits and maintain evidence of implemented controls.
