Job summary

GTS Technology Solutions is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Administrator to support a public sector client in Austin, TX. This senior, hands-on contract role will administer Copilot and related AI services, serving as Level 3 escalation and supporting governance and executive reporting.

You will manage licensing, configuration, and adoption dashboards, collaborating with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure secure access and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.
• 2+ years hands-on with Copilot/AI services, Power Platform, or enterprise cloud integrations.
• Strong knowledge of M365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• ITIL-based service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, configuration, and feature rollout.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex Copilot, Graph, SharePoint, and Teams integration issues.
• Participate in AI governance, capability reviews, and release readiness assessments.

Location: Austin, TX 78744 (local candidates only)

Job Type: Contract, 12 months

Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr W2, based on experience

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
