Job summary

ProServeIT is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption Associate to help clients adopt Copilot and Microsoft 365. You will prepare people, processes, and ways of working for meaningful change across client engagements, leading discovery, adoption plans, learning content, and user enablement sessions.

Role involves translating capabilities into practical business messages, defining success metrics, and collaborating with a cross-functional team. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in change management, adoption, business consulting, digital transformation, learning and development, customer success, or technology advisory.
• Experience in change management, training, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to lead workshops, present to diverse audiences, and build trusted client relationships.
• Ability to independently manage adoption deliverables, communications plans, training activities, priorities, and deadlines across multiple client engagements.
• Experience creating polished, audience-focused communications, presentations, and learning materials.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical messages that connect technology with business value and user needs.
• Experience driving Microsoft Copilot adoption and helping organizations build confidence, capability, and sustained use of AI-enabled Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience in a consulting environment managing multiple client projects or workstreams.
• Technical writing experience and ability to turn complex concepts into clear communications and documentation.
• Instructional design experience creating compelling, learner-focused training content and supporting materials.
• Facilitated user enablement sessions for Copilot, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, executive briefings, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training.
• Support Copilot adoption through use-case discovery, persona-based scenarios, responsible AI guidance, champions programs, reinforcement activities, and adoption measurement.
• Translate Copilot and Microsoft 365 capabilities into practical messages, scenarios, and experiences for business users.
• Provide adoption and change management support to clients implementing Copilot and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Define success measures and use feedback to refine the approach.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications across projects.
• Collaborate with project management, technical delivery, Modern Workplace, security, and AI specialists to deliver client outcomes.
• Continuously build capability in Copilot, 365 adoption, change management, responsible AI, and ProServeIT’s AI enablement offerings.
• Bring a growth mindset and focus on helping organizations move to AI-enabled ways of working.

We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption Associate to join ProServeIT’s AI and Modern Workplace team. In this role, you will help clients successfully adopt Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 by preparing their people, processes, and ways of working for meaningful, measurable change. You will work across client engagements to translate technical capabilities into practical business value, lead discovery and stakeholder activities, develop adoption and communications plans, create learning content, and facilitate user enablement sessions. Projects may include Copilot readiness and rollout, Microsoft 365 adoption, Teams and SharePoint enablement, responsible AI guidance, governance awareness, and security or compliance-related adoption programs.

As a Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption Associate, you will:

• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, executive briefings, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training
• Support Copilot adoption through use-case discovery, persona-based scenarios, responsible AI guidance, champions programs, reinforcement activities, and adoption measurement
• Translate Copilot and Microsoft 365 capabilities into practical messages, scenarios, and experiences that help business users change how they work
• Provide adoption and change management support to ProServeIT clients implementing Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Define success measures and use feedback, Microsoft 365 usage insights, Copilot adoption indicators, and readiness signals to refine the approach
• Manage assigned deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications across concurrent projects
• Collaborate with ProServeIT project management, technical delivery, Modern Workplace, security, and AI specialists to deliver integrated client outcomes
• Continuously build capability in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, responsible AI, and ProServeIT’s AI enablement offerings
• Bring a growth mindset, strong client focus, and commitment to helping organizations move from Microsoft 365 usage to meaningful Copilot adoption and AI-enabled ways of working

• Have a Degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, Education, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in change management, adoption, business consulting, digital transformation, learning and development, customer success, or technology advisory
• Have experience in change management, training, communications, or a related field
• Are comfortable leading workshops, presenting to a range of audiences, and building trusted client relationships
• Can independently manage adoption deliverables, communications plans, training activities, priorities, and deadlines across multiple client engagements
• Have experience creating polished, audience-focused communications, presentations, and learning materials
• Can translate technical concepts into clear, practical messages that connect technology with business value and user needs
• Have experience driving Microsoft Copilot adoption and helping organizations build confidence, capability, and sustained use of AI-enabled Microsoft 365 tools
• Have worked in a consulting environment where you managed and delivered multiple client projects or workstreams at the same time
• Have technical writing experience and can turn complex concepts into clear, practical, and audience-friendly communications and documentation
• Have instructional design experience creating compelling, learner-focused training content and supporting materials
• Have facilitated engaging user enablement sessions for Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 productivity apps, sensitivity labels, and data loss prevention (DLP) awareness
• Have strong organization, prioritization, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Are willing and able to support client engagements virtually and, when needed, work at client locations or travel based on project requirements
