Job summary

Vriti is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administrator to support large-scale collaboration and governance. You will manage Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams, partner with security teams, and troubleshoot complex data governance challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, compliance, and related technologies.
• Hands-on admin experience with Microsoft Purview, the Purview portal, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Proficient in troubleshooting sensitivity labels, encryption, protected documents, content access, sharing restrictions, SharePoint permissions, and Microsoft 365 collaboration issues.
• Working knowledge of Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Content Search, eDiscovery, Data Lifecycle Management, Records Management, and information governance concepts.
• Experience working directly with end users in an enterprise support environment, including incident ownership, service requests, escalation, documentation, and follow-through.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to gather evidence, isolate root causes, communicate impact, and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
• Experience using PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration, reporting, validation, or operational automation.
• Understanding of identity and access management, role-based administration, least privilege, permissions, authentication, and secure handling of sensitive information.
• Experience with service management processes and platforms for incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
