Job summary

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is seeking an Instructional Designer for a 6‑month contract in Plano, TX. The role focuses on hands‑on design of digital learning experiences to drive Microsoft 365 adoption and modern ways of working.

You will create video‑based learning, microlearning, software demonstrations and job aids, collaborating with trainers and SMEs to ensure content aligns with business goals and technology evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design or digital learning experience.
• Experience designing content for Microsoft 365 adoption and digital workplace transformation.
• Experience supporting Copilot adoption, AI literacy or generative AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences to drive Microsoft 365 adoption.
• Produce high‑quality videos, software demos, animations and microlearning assets.
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, technical teams and stakeholders for scalable content.
• Develop job aids, learning pathways and eLearning resources; update content as technology evolves.
