Job summary

Magnit Direct Sourcing, on behalf of Toyota, seeks an Instructional Designer for a 6-month contract in Plano, TX. The role focuses on practical, video-based learning to help employees adopt Microsoft 365 and modern ways of working, with emphasis on microlearning and demos.

The designer will work with trainers, SMEs, and technical teams to create scalable content, job aids, and learning pathways, updating assets as tech evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.
• 3+ years in instructional design or related roles.
• Experience designing content for Microsoft 365 adoption and digital workplace transformation.
• Experience supporting Copilot adoption and AI literacy.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning experiences to drive Microsoft 365 adoption across the organization.
• Produce high-quality videos, software demonstrations, animations, and microlearning assets.
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable content.
• Develop job aids, learning pathways, and eLearning resources; update content as technology evolves.
