We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator who as an individual contributor will be responsible for improving how the organization uses technology to increase productivity, collaboration, automation, and business efficiency. This role serves as the bridge between business departments and IT, ensuring employees fully leverage Microsoft technologies and other business applications while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role ensures that technology resources align with business objectives while delivering secure, reliable, and scalable support to an evolving organization of approximately 250-350 employees. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, business process analysis, change management, and leadership skills to drive technology adoption across the organization.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
