Job summary

Infosys in Charlotte, NC seeks a Process Consultant 2 to support enterprise application integration projects. You will collect and analyze data to create detailed process maps, identify automation opportunities, and document system configurations and SOPs for steady post‑implementation operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection and analysis of data to create detailed process maps and diagrams, identifying automation opportunities and enhancing cross-functional process interactions.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies by collaborating with stakeholders to compare the client's process performance against industry standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows that align with functional requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products, synthesizing insights to address inefficiencies and provide detailed analyses of features and costs to guide decision-making.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs.
