Job summary

Infosys in Charlotte, NC seeks a Process Consultant 2 to support enterprise application integration projects. You will collect and analyze data to create detailed process maps, identify automation opportunities, and document system configurations and SOPs for steady post‑implementation operations.

You will benchmark performance with stakeholders, research third-party products, and coordinate solutions during setup and integration, ensuring clear documentation and effective cross-functional

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows that align with functional requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products, synthesizing insights to address inefficiencies and provide detailed analyses of features and costs to guide decision-making.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs.

In the assigned Job Role of Process Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Assist in collection and analysis of data from various sources to create detailed process maps and diagrams, identifying automation opportunities and enhancing cross-functional process interactions
• Facilitate benchmarking studies by collaborating with stakeholders to compare the client's process performance against industry standards,
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products, synthesizing insights to address inefficiencies and provide detailed analyses of features and costs to guide decision-making
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation
