Job summary

Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, seeks a Technology Consultant 1 to contribute to enterprise application integration initiatives using leading technologies and platforms.

The role involves capturing requirements, designing solutions, coding, testing, and integrating new features while maintaining system health and documentation. Some travel/relocation may be required as part of project assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to work/project location.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications and aid in process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to the development team to enhance software performance.
• Support the integration of new software features and ensure smooth transitions within the system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolving issues promptly and documenting ongoing maintenance needs.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions for the team knowledge base.
