Job summary

Wagman is seeking a Drill Operator for the Geotechnical Group in Virginia to operate drill rigs, assist in micpiles and tiebacks, and support ground crew in outdoor environments year-round. The role requires accurate machinery handling, adherence to safety procedures, and willingness to travel regionally throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Ideal candidates will have experience with earth work and micropiles, possess a valid driver’s license, and participate in the company safety

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Experience with temporary shoring, earth retention systems, foundations and ground stabilization.
• Ability to operate small diameter drill rigs and assist ground crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in maintaining drill rigs, install tie backs and micropiles.
• Assist in grout preparation for tiebacks and micropiles.
• Supervise drill rig helpers and promote Wagman safety policies.
