Qualifications

These professionals will operate caisson drill rigs and support a variety of construction projects requiring foundations and earth retention systems. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, experienced with large diameter drilling, and comfortable working outdoors year-round. What You’ll Need

• HS Diploma or GED (relevant work experience can substitute)
• More than 1 year experience running drill rigs for large diameter caisson work
• Experience in earth work and drilling
• Valid Driver’s License
• Capable of operating machinery and rigs safely in accordance with company policy
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to carry, load, or unload materials
• Ability to perform minor repairs and service to equipment
• Ability to supervise drill rig helpers
• Compliance with safety policies and PPE requirements
• Subject to drug testing and compliance policies as a Federal Contractor
