Job summary

ERock seeks a Microgrid Control Center Operator to support the growing NOC and ensure reliable energy delivery nationwide. You will monitor generation assets, respond to market conditions, and coordinate with field teams.

Ideal candidates have a background in power generation or control centers, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. This role requires flexibility for a 24/7 schedule and detail-oriented problem solving.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with SCADA dashboards and control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate real-time system conditions across energy markets and manage generation assets.
• Utilize SCADA dashboards and visualization tools to monitor assets nationwide.
• Coordinate with ERock technicians and third parties for maintenance and fueling logistics.
• Understand contractual obligations and adapt to management guidance.
• Possess ability to work in a 24/7 environment and diagnose abnormal conditions.
