Job summary

ERock is seeking a Microgrid Mechanical Technician to manage maintenance of multiple generators and support on-demand power for customers. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, competency with diagnostic software, and the ability to coordinate with Area Managers.

The ideal candidate will handle preventive and repair tasks, comply with safety standards, and be available for rotating on-call schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mechanical and/or electrical experience.
• College or equivalent training preferred.
• Clean MVR and driving eligibility.
• Willing to rotate on-call schedule and lift 50 lbs.
• Proficient with basic computer software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Repair Volvo Penta Diesel engines and MPI generator ends.
• Diagnose engine and control system issues with manufacturer software.
• Coordinate with Area Managers for maintenance and service.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safe operation of electrical equipment and vehicles.
