The role involves on-site work in Torrey Pines, CA, with weekend/holiday flexibility. Strong molecular and cellular biology skills, plus microglia/iPSC experience, are required.

Qualifications

• PhD in biology, neuroscience, or related disciplines or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experimental plans, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on projects.
• Develop methods and technologies to advance microglia and iPSC-derived therapies.
• Lead development and optimization of differentiation processes and in vivo studies.
• Engage in scientific evaluation of new therapeutic areas and partnerships.
• Coordinate external collaborations and contract research activities.
