Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics to own the overall treatment solution for ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclaim systems in the North American market. You will lead a team of Process Engineers, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and act as the SME and primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

You will manage process designs, risk assessment, and execution strategies, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or related)
• 10+ years of related experience in process design/operation
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment for microelectronics
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor others
• Excellent communication in English for customer facing work

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of ultrapure water, wastewater, or reclaim treatment solutions for the microelectronics industry
• Own the Process Flow Diagram, flow tables, mass balance, and process guarantees
• Engage in piloting, benchmarking, and treatability studies for design and commissioning
• Serve as technical SME and primary contact with customers and cross-functional teams
• Identify and manage technical risks across the flow sheet and unit processes
• Provide training and coaching to Process Engineers on the project team
