Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Leader for the Microelectronics market in North America. You will lead the design of ultrapure water and wastewater treatment solutions, coordinate a team of engineers, and drive technically rigorous, commercially viable projects.

You will act as SME, manage client interactions, and guide pilots, benchmarking, and scopes of work across complex flow sheets. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or related).
• 10+ years of related experience in process engineering or design.
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment for microelectronics preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to lead multi‑disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complete water, wastewater, or reclaim treatment solutions.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram and associated mass balance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage schedules and deliverables.
• Serve as technical SME and lead customer communications and presentations.
• Identify and manage technical risks and ensure regulatory alignment.
