Job summary

HEPCO Inc. seeks a detail-oriented inspector to support manufacturing of advanced microelectronic components used in space missions. You will inspect wafers, dies, and modules with high- and low-magnification microscopes and follow procedures to ensure quality and traceability.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams in a cleanroom environment, complete process certifications, and cross-train in additional areas. A Secret clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• A few years of relevant inspection experience, primarily using microscopes in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity.
• Ability to perform detailed microscope inspections for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wafers, die, and modules using high- and low-magnification microscopes.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and traceability.
• Work with engineering, production, and quality teams in a cleanroom environment.
• Complete process certifications and cross-train in additional production areas.
