Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics with related discipline.
• 0–1 year industry work experience; cleanroom exposure desirable.
• Ability to handle hazardous chemicals and follow safety procedures.
• General knowledge of semiconductor devices and circuits.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleanroom equipment to prepare, process, and deprocess samples.
• Perform electrical measurements on devices and test structures.
• Maintain cleanroom protocols and equipment logs.
• Assemble test setups and collect measurement data.
• Support reports and communicate results to researchers.
