Narda-MITEQ is seeking a qualified Inspector to perform detailed inspections of micro-electronic components and assemblies, ensuring conformance to drawings and MIL specifications. The role will involve using a microscope and precision measurement tools to verify quality, document results, and collaborate with engineers and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent plus relevant experience, or a 2-year associate degree

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience or 2-year post-secondary/Associate degree with minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Resolves most issues.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed inspections of micro-electronic components and assemblies for drawing conformance and workmanship criteria using microscope and measurement tools.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Visual inspection for workmanship and print compliance using a microscope.
• Interpret and apply manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and tolerance specifications.
• Ensure adherence to MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and other applicable Mil Specs.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components, materials, and systems.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings in compliance with quality management systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve discrepancies or quality issues.
• Assist in the development of inspection methods and procedures as required.
• Additional tasks assigned by your supervisor/manager
