Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Microelectronics Integration and Test Engineer to apply microelectronic test methods for ASICs and MEMS. The role supports integration of devices into systems and contributes to test and evaluation.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in a relevant engineering field and 3–5 years in Systems Engineering or similar. Strong hands-on test equipment experience and scripting are highly valued. Base salary ranges are provided for US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role.
• Experience with cross-functional teams; testable designs; test plan development and test method development.

Responsibilities

• Define an I&T approach for a component/subsystem/system and independently execute plan.
• Contribute high quality content for technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance.
• Adapt to changes in program requirements.
• Proactively identify needs and concerns associated with plan execution and communicate them to project leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
