Major areas of study will include supply and demand, consumer choice, production and costs, firm decision making, market structures and competition, and market failure. Students will use economic models and real-world applications to explore how incentives, market conditions, government policies, and strategic behavior influence prices, production, consumption, and the allocation of resources.

The SME may also have the opportunity to be contracted for teaching the course through on camera delivery.
