Qualifications

• QHSE Induction mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HACCP, GMP, and QA SOPs.
• Coach junior team members.
• Execute tasks safely and efficiently per standards.
• Maintain QA records and data tracking (central sheets, logs).
• Identify and progress brewery-related projects autonomously.
• Communicate QA data and deviations promptly to seniors.
• Ensure equipment safety and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure beer quality.
