Job summary

A leading laboratory services provider is seeking a Laboratory Associate in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This role involves performing microbiological testing in a BioSafety Level-2 lab, executing tests, and maintaining lab documentation. Candidates should have a BS in Microbiology/Biological Sciences/Chemistry and 1+ years of lab experience. This is a contract position with a pay range of $35.00/hr to $45.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting of microbiology or related industrial experience.
• Experience working in R&D or QC required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine microbiological testing for pharmaceuticals.
• Execute testing following standard operating procedures in a BioSafety Level-2 Laboratory.
• Assist in the qualification and validation of equipment and lab instruments.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks following good documentation practices.
• Work proactively and independently with minimal oversight.
