Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory.
• Ability to organize and lead laboratory personnel toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise laboratory personnel to ensure coverage and performance targets.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training on test methods, SOPs, ISO requirements, and policies.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to foster development.
• Foster morale, teamwork, and accountability reflecting Eurofins values.
• Assist BU Manager in daily microbiology operations and ensure quality standards.
