Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• BS in lab science AND 5 years of experience required AND graduated from a clinical laboratory training program. Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or its equivalent.

Licensure & Certifications Requirements:

• Meets other qualifications specified by Federal regulation 493.1431 or its successor.
• ASCP Certification or Equivalent
• Requires Washington State DOH Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credential within 6 months of hire.
