EvergreenHealth is seeking a per diem Phlebotomist to support outpatient clinics across Canyon Park, Redmond, Woodinville, Duvall, Kenmore, and Kirkland. The role focuses on processing specimens, maintaining accuracy, and delivering courtesy patient service in collaboration with laboratory and clinical staff.
Requirements include WA State MA-P certification or eligible, completion of an approved phlebotomy program, and strong medical terminology knowledge.
Wage Range: $25.47 - $39.10 per hour plus 15% per diem rate
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications, or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
EvergreenHealth has outpatient phlebotomy clinics located in Canyon Park, Redmond, Woodinville, Duvall, Kenmore, and Kirkland. This position will cover all locations.
The main responsibility entails handling all outpatient processing tasks and dispatching specimens. Demonstrates adept problem-solving abilities to enhance customer service efficiency and ensure client satisfaction. Regularly engages with various healthcare professionals, including laboratory and hospital staff, requiring a comprehensive knowledge base to maintain effective collaboration.
