Qualifications

• Experience supporting a credentialing, badging, catalog, registration, or learning platform.
• Knowledge of micro-credentials and digital credentials, including stackable learning and modular pathways.
• Familiarity with digital badging, credential metadata, verification, and issuer/earner workflows.
• Experience with business systems analysis, requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and user support.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, SSO, data imports/exports, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Cornerstone, and Canvas Catalog.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and communicate business and functional requirements.
• Collaborative, communicative and problem-solving across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration, configuration, and improvement of the micro-credential platform and related systems.
• Serve as a primary liaison among academic units, vendors, and IT teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Coordinate development, launch, modification, and retirement of micro-credentials with campus partners.
• Oversee credential and badge issuance workflows, including enrollment, completion tracking, and verification.
• Monitor platform stability, user access, data integrity, and performance; coordinate issue resolution.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, and creation of training materials.
• Provide consultations to faculty and staff to promote effective platform use and CS.
