Qualifications

• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Manufacturing, inspection, electronics testing, or quality control experience preferred.
• Excel/Word/Outlook experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical and visual testing of precision components.
• Inspect products for defects and quality issues.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain test fixtures.
• Document test results and inspection findings accurately.
• Enter production and quality data into computer systems.
• Use microscopes, measuring devices, and testing equipment.

• Assist with inventory and cycle count activities as needed.

Micro Channel Plate Tester

Location: Sturbridge, MA

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

As an MCP Tester, you will perform testing, inspection, and quality verification of precision components to ensure products meet electrical and visual standards. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, quality control, electronics testing, cleanroom environments, or precision assembly.

Job Duties

• Conduct electrical and visual testing of precision components
• Inspect products for defects and quality issues
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain test fixtures
• Document test results and inspection findings accurately
• Enter production and quality data into computer systems
• Use microscopes, measuring devices, and testing equipment
• Follow established safety, quality, and work procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
