Job summary

Employee Workplace in Sturbridge, MA is seeking an Advanced Performance Detector to join our high-tech production team. You will perform electrical testing on electronic components and assemblies, using oscilloscopes and multimeters, and ensure products meet strict quality standards through accurate data records.

Responsibilities include following detailed procedures, troubleshooting and repairing units if needed, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean, safety-focused work

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Technical training or electronics experience preferred.
• Experience using electronics testing equipment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to follow written procedures and technical instructions.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing on components and assemblies using oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, and other test equipment.
• Record test results and production data accurately.
• Troubleshoot and repair failed units when needed.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality.
• Prepare completed products for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Support quality improvement and production efficiency initiatives.
• Follow detailed work instructions and testing procedures.

Pay Range: 25.00 - $27.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Duties

This is a contract assignment covering a medical leave for approximately 3-4 months, with the potential for long-term opportunities for strong performers.
