Advantage Technical is seeking a Micro Channel Plate Tester in Sturbridge, MA to perform testing, inspection, and quality verification of precision components. The role involves documenting findings, handling test fixtures, and maintaining cleanworkspaces in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills and attention to detail, with manufacturing or electronics testing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Manufacturing, inspection, electronics testing, or quality control experience preferred.
• Excel/Word/Outlook experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical and visual testing of precision components.
• Inspect products for defects and quality issues.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain test fixtures.
• Document test results and inspection findings accurately.
• Enter production and quality data into computer systems.
• Use microscopes, measuring devices, and testing equipment.
• Follow established safety, quality, and work procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory and cycle count activities as needed.
