Employee Workplace in Sturbridge, MA is seeking a Micro Channel Plate Tester to perform testing, inspection and quality verification of precision components to ensure products meet electrical and visual standards.

The role requires basic data entry, attention to detail, and experience in manufacturing or quality control. Pay is $25.00-$27.00 per hour, with a Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM schedule and a temp-to-hire path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Manufacturing, inspection, electronics testing, or quality control experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical and visual testing of precision components
• Inspect products for defects and quality issues
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain test fixtures
• Document test results and inspection findings accurately
• Enter production and quality data into computer systems
• Use microscopes, measuring devices, and testing equipment
• Follow established safety, quality, and work procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory and cycle count activities as needed

As an MCP Tester, you will perform testing, inspection, and quality verification of precision components to ensure products meet electrical and visual standards. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, quality control, electronics testing, cleanroom environments, or precision assembly.
