Niku Steakhouse is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver world-class hospitality and flawlessly execute our beverage program. This role supports a dynamic bar team in a Michelin-influenced setting, emphasizing precise recipes and superior service.

The ideal candidate has extensive bartending experience, strong cocktail knowledge and a commitment to impeccable guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of bartending experience, preferably in high-end dining or Michelin-starred settings.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, beverages and stock management.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to bar operations.

Responsabilidades

• Receives orders from waitstaff serving tables while managing bar patrons.
• Prepares and serves liquor, cocktails, wine, beer and nonalcoholic drinks.
• Ensures opening and closing tasks meet bar standards.
• Maintains the bar area, keeping it clean and organized with the team.
• Follows POS procedures and cash handling practices.
