Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of kitchen experience in high-volume or fine dining, strong culinary technique, and excellent teamwork. California Food Handler's Card is required; weekends and evenings availability is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years kitchen experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting (Michelin-star level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of savory and pastry techniques, ingredients, and cooking processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preparation and cooking of items on the prep list.
• Ensure dishes meet highest quality and consistency standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen sections for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and cook ingredients per recipes and high standards.
• Maintain mise en place, cleanliness, and organization in your section.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to minimize waste.
• Train and mentor junior staff and cooks.
