Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a civil engineering degree focused on structures.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management for structural design/restoration projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and ETABS; STAAD/SAP2000 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from setup through design and construction administration.
• Prepare proposals and project interview presentations.
• Conduct conditional assessment and restoration on parking or commercial structures.
• Provide design and restoration consultation.
• Coordinate scope and schedule of deliverables.
• Monitor project profitability and track hours and accounting data.
• Coordinate disciplines and manage subconsultants.
• Oversee construction administration and maintain client relationships.
