A law firm in Miami seeks a mid-level restructuring and insolvency associate with 3–5 years of in-court Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring experience.

The successful candidate will support and manage Chapter 11 cases, collaborate with a global team of diverse professionals, and contribute to complex restructurings.

JD required; admission to Florida or New York Bar in good standing; bankruptcy clerkship preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida or New York Bar.
