Job summary

Flex Revive Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, design personalized plans, and guide recovery to improve motion and function within a collaborative setting.

We require a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a valid Florida license, proficient manual therapy, and experience using EMR systems (WebPT). The role operates Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, onsite with a strong team support.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Valid Florida PT license with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills; EMR proficiency (WebPT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and set recovery goals.
• Treat 2–3 patients per hour with hands-on therapy.
• Develop individualized care plans to improve ROM and mobility.
• Use evidence-based practices to engage patients in rehab.
• Design tailored fitness/wellness regimens and motivate adherence.
• Document progress and adjust treatment for optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options when appropriate.
