Qualifications

• Current Florida State Physical Therapy License.

• Postgraduate education or specialization encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes patient assessments within departmental guidelines and documents findings.
• Performs thorough assessment of functional conditions and sets treatment goals.
• Updates progress and documents outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on use of assistive devices and home programs.
• Provides in-service training and supports clinical education initiatives.
