Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Junior IT User Support Specialist to join our Miami Technology Team. The role focuses on providing technology consultation and hands-on support in a busy office, including hardware/software deployments and on-going user assistance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of professional IT support experience, strong communication, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset. Willingness to travel to other offices and work overtime as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience providing technology support in a professional office environment.
• Experience with Windows 11, O365 ProPlus Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with mobile device support and enterprise email delivery/archiving systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for desktop and mobile devices.
• Assist with system setups, office moves, and conference room tech (AV, video conferencing).
• Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals; manage helpdesk tickets.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams on deployments and training.
