Voodoo Doughnut in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our flagship locations. You will oversee operations, guest experience, and staff, with ownership of P/L and marketing to drive traffic.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and a passion for our doughnuts. This on-site role offers a dynamic team environment and opportunities for growth within our expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management or bakery production experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and financial performance experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for great doughnuts and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage priorities and decisions quickly
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of doughnut makers and service staff
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness
• Manage financial performance, including sales, labor, food, and operating expenses
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions
• Create a culture of excellence, emphasizing guest service and quality products
• Foster a positive work environment with coaching and feedback
• Communicate effectively with the Voodoo Doughnut team to ensure policy compliance
