Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks a L1 Data Center Service Delivery Field Support Engineer to join our Miami team. The role involves onsite infrastructure installation, configuration and proactive problem identification to ensure client systems are operational.

Responsibilities include handling first-line remote and on-site support, liaising with client environments and third-party vendors, and following handover procedures to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in Data Centre technologies such as Cisco, NetApp, EMC (DC CCNA etc.).
• 1+ year of experience in building, deploying and supporting data center networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, test and operate client site infrastructure.
• Install and configure software as per client requirements.
• Identify and log incidents promptly with details for resolution.
