NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Data Centre Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our on-site team in the United States. You will provide remote technical support to clients, diagnose incidents, and drive resolution in line with SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in Data Centre technologies (e.g., CCNA DC, Cisco/NetApp/EMC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and diagnose incidents.
• Restore service and drive incidents to resolution per SLA.
• Maintain records and update systems and portals.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Log incidents with required detail and follow up until resolution.
