Job summary

Signify Technology is seeking a hands-on technology executive to lead and scale engineering organizations for mid-market companies in South Florida. You will oversee the technology vision and product-engineering roadmap, guiding a team of 25 to 150 people and modernizing systems.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in software engineering and leadership, particularly with a modern tech stack, to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, 5+ leading engineering leaders.
• Current or recent CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering experience.
• Direct ownership of engineering budget and headcount plan.
• Hands-on credibility across a modern stack.

Responsibilities

• Own technology vision and roadmap, presenting to CEO and board.
• Lead and scale an engineering organization of 25 to 150 people.
• Modernize a platform from monolith to microservices.
• Set engineering standards for CI/CD and containerization.
• Lead practical AI adoption within the organization.
• Build data platform strategy with product and analytics.
